It’s approach-driven, aiming for a true understanding of the desired approach, rather than rep-driven. If the ideal approach is understood, and the student is taught how to go about achieving that ideal approach, we’re money. Based on the desired areas of improvement, I’ll draft a chronological outline of the lesson (based on the lesson time-span). This is of course not finite in how the lesson chronologically runs (based on how students grasp the examined concepts), but that’s generally my method of lesson planning.
